After making the long overnight drive from South Dakota back home to Kuna, I rallied nine friends and family members to help unload our 26-foot moving truck. We rented one of the largest storage units, and it was more than big enough to fit everything from our 3,500-square-foot home.

What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service. The staff saw us unloading in 100-degree heat and unexpectedly brought cold bottles of water out for everyone helping. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant more than they probably realize.

I truly can't say enough good things about this facility. The unit was perfect, the service was exceptional, and the kindness we were shown is exactly why I was so excited to move back home. It's people like you who make all the difference. Thank you!”
