He called me Tuesday 11/28 to tell me he had everything I dropped my truck off Wednesday 11/30 and he had it completely done and ready for pick up today. Although he only had my truck for 6 days he called and kept me informed about everything! I will definitely use him again if needed (hopefully I won’t) I definitely recommend him!”

“I went to NAPA for a part I needed and it needed to be ordered if I purchased it from them. I tried other shops to see if it was immediately available. To no avail, I went back to NAPA to order it and it turned out that they had accidentally quoted me the cost and not retail that it normally was. In the end they still honored it (plus a 10 dollar surcharge). They definitely got themselves returning customer from the way this situation was handled.”
