My wife and I were in need of a health check for a puppy prior to our bringing it home since we live approximately 200 miles from Lewiston. Even though we are not a continual patient user. We would be if we lived in the area. Orchards Pet Hospital were quick to arrange an appointment for our needs. They are very personable - attentive - and follow up on their services. I took my dogs who are extremely high anxiety in to see them for options to help calm them down because I was loosing my mind. i expected them to put a muzzle on them or something because I wasn't sure my dogs wouldn't bite. The tech came out, got one dog at a time, and she was just amazing with them. No muzzle, she said that would actually make their anxiety worse. Once the exam was done, they explained exactly why my dogs were acting the way they were, which helped me more than anything, and they gave me medication for them and the whole experience was just so much better than I had hoped for. I will always take my animals there.

Since Dr Hoch has retired we were not sure about continuing at Lewiston Animal Clinic
However, so far service has been ok
We had to repeat a blood test before dental work which was odd
We will give new vets/service a chance
Dental went well
May give 5 stars in future

We just had our 50th class reunion here, Lewiston High School class of 1975. The facilities were great and the view was amazing. I had a glass of Riesling and it was really good, not too sweet but not dry! I highly recommend these guys for an event or just some wine tasting.

As a thriller and romance author, I always notice places with character and atmosphere, and Jollymore’s is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the LC Valley.

The restaurant has a distinctive French-inspired style with elegant décor and a comfortable upscale atmosphere. There’s a lively bar area that’s always popular, along with two separate dining rooms that give the space a relaxed but refined feel. They also have a covered patio with a water feature for dining in the warmer months.

The menu is excellent and consistently well prepared. I often order the pork belly and ahi from the appetizer menu, which are always outstanding. They also do a great job with desserts. Instead of just listing them, the staff brings a dessert tray to the table so you can see exactly what’s available before choosing.

Jollymore’s also has an impressive selection of port and wines, which adds another level to the experience. The wine list is thoughtfully curated and pairs well with the menu.

One of the things that makes the restaurant special is the themed events they host. About once a month they offer special wine-paired dinners, and once a year they recreate the famous Titanic dinner menu with a full multi-course experience, which is pretty incredible.

The owner, Bill, has created a place where people genuinely enjoy gathering. It’s a favorite spot for business dinners, celebrations, and nights out in the LC Valley. They also offer a lunch menu with burgers and other options that are surprisingly reasonable for a restaurant of this quality.

As a thriller and romance author, it’s also the kind of setting where I can easily imagine two characters meeting quietly at the bar or sitting in one of the dining rooms planning their next move before the story takes a dramatic turn.

Consistently Great Food & Service – Worth the Drive!!

Qeqiit Restaurant is one of my favorite spots in the LC Valley and absolutely worth the short drive from Lewiston.

I usually come in the evenings, and everything I’ve had has been consistently excellent, the buffalo burger, fry bread, wings, cheese curds, you name it. The food is always well prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. When Angel’s cooking dinner, you’ll never be disappointed!!

This was actually my first time coming in for breakfast, and the service was just as solid. Coffee stayed hot and refilled, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Kelly and Corey are the homies, but the entire team does a great job. ??

The dining area is open, spacious, and welcoming. It’s a little on the pricier side, but the quality and service make it well worth it. I’ve also posted updated photos of the menus and December features since they weren’t fully available online.

I come here just about everyday and almost always have the best service, David especially makes sure to make you feel special! My only complaint is a new male barista that is very rude, i’ve had more than one of these encounters with him and it’s getting a little disappointing because I love the energy most dutch baristas bring to my day:/ Otherwise this is the best dutch bros in the valley

Mystic Cafe

My daughter and I went to The Mystic today (02/15/26) for breakfast and Kara was our waitress. The service was outstanding and for as busy as they were, we got seated fairly soon.
The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. We had the chicken fried steak, eggs and hash browns. The coffee is the best in town and was the perfect temperature. We also had mimosas (yum!)
Kara made sure everything was perfect, kept my coffee coming and made sure everything was exactly what and how we ordered it. Thank you, Kara, for a job well done and my hat off to the cooks for an enjoyable and tasty meal.
