They are, in my opinion, the best in the area, without question. Every time I've had to bring my cat in, they've always been amazing! Recently, I boarded my car while on vacation, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, and even sent daily texts with a photo. 😻

He gets matted pretty badly since he keeps licking himself (probably an anxiety thing or extra comforting) and can't stop it. A few days ago it was his first time coming here. He gets extremely nervous about going to the vet but I can tell they took very good care of him! The shave was done extremely well and the price for everything done for him was very fair. I highly recommend this place! I included some photos, before and after the shave. They even recommended some products but did not push me to buy like some places do. Will be back for any other future services!!

501 S Main St, MoscowI really enjoyed my breakfast at the Breakfast Club. Our server was so kind and very bubbly! She was very sweet. I was not very hungry and just had a fruit bowl and a huckleberry latte. I would recommend getting the latte half-sweet as it was just a little too sweet for me. Was an enjoyable breakfast.

Tonight had someone take our order, a different person deliver it, and nobody else came to our table until it was time to pay and that was a different person too. Prices are pretty normal. Menu selection is nice and large, including drinks. Portions are kind of small. Not perfect overall but still very good.

Their house cocktails are fun, and they do a great job with the classic cocktails as well. I’m always happy with a Negroni or Old Fashioned here.
The service is lovely. Juno in particular is always friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
And best of all, they serve brunch on the weekends now. It’s a delightful, simple menu. Now the best brunch spot in Moscow!

203 W 3rd St, MoscowAs an amateur powerbuilder with the appetite of a small bear preparing for hibernation, I take portion sizes very seriously. Most restaurants leave me wondering if the entrée was actually the appetizer. Not Jack Jack's. The portions here are fantastic for the price, and I always leave full and satisfied without feeling like I need to stop for a second meal on the way home.
The food is consistently good, but the real reason I'm writing this review is to give a shoutout to Megan. I came in alone on 6/04/2026, and she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She chatted with me when she had a moment, and remembered some special instructions about my order from the week before. She kept everything moving quickly, and was genuinely friendly the entire time.
What impressed me most was watching how she treated her other tables. Even when dealing with customers who weren't exactly sunshine and rainbows, she stayed upbeat, professional, patient, and cheerful. She has a great smile, a positive attitude, and the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back.
In an industry where good service can sometimes feel hard to find, Megan absolutely stands out. She's super friendly, attentive, professional, up-beat, and represents Jack Jack's incredibly well.
If you're hungry and want a meal that actually fills you up, Jack Jack's is the place. And if Megan happens to be your waitress, you're in excellent hands. Five. Flipping. Stars.
P.S. Did I mention Megan is incredible?
