2242 W Pullman Rd, MoscowStore is clean, staff is friendly, this time product sought was on the shelf! My only issues have been product not on the shelf: I travel into town from rural area. When product not available it causes concern…do not want to alter my “special needs” cats diet. Thank you for being there Petco.

1222 Logan St, MoscowI brought my cat Frankie in with what turned out to be a total urinary blockage. I live in Pullman, and my vet was at capacity and I knew I wouldn't be able to afford the bill at the WSU vetinary ER. They were able to get me set up with Care Credit, and get Frankie in immediately, which saved his life. During his 2 and a half day, stay, Dr. Garrison and the techs were amazing about giving text updates, and they were quick to respond when I did text to check in on him. I'm incredibly thankful to them. Frankie thankfully loves his new prescription diet and I'm happy to say my boy is now back to being his usual sweet and chaotic orange self :)

Palouse Animal Wellness & Surgery Center (PAWS)
504 N Main St, MoscowWe brought our dog here for a second opinion on a leg injury, and will be switching both of our dogs to have their primary care here. Within 24 hours of reaching out for the first time, our dog had an appointment, an exam, x rays, and medication, all for a 1/4 of the price of the other vet clinic we were working with.
The veterinarian, tech, and student all had great demeanor and were so good with our lab, who can be fearful of the vet. We also really appreciate that they were able to get him comfortable enough to have x-rays without putting him fully under anesthesia. They didn't try to upsell us, or jump to rash conclusions. We feel as though our dog received excellent care.

1222 Logan St, MoscowTook my long haired cat in for a lions cut shave. He gets matted pretty badly since he keeps licking himself (probably an anxiety thing or extra comforting) and can't stop it. A few days ago it was his first time coming here. He gets extremely nervous about going to the vet but I can tell they took very good care of him! The shave was done extremely well and the price for everything done for him was very fair. I highly recommend this place! I included some photos, before and after the shave. They even recommended some products but did not push me to buy like some places do. Will be back for any other future services!!

I was not very hungry and just had a fruit bowl and a huckleberry latte. I would recommend getting the latte half-sweet as it was just a little too sweet for me. Was an enjoyable breakfast.

1420 S Blaine St suite #19-20, MoscowFood tastes great. Atmosphere is nice. Service is hit or miss depending on how many people wait on you. Tonight had someone take our order, a different person deliver it, and nobody else came to our table until it was time to pay and that was a different person too. Prices are pretty normal. Menu selection is nice and large, including drinks. Portions are kind of small. Not perfect overall but still very good.

310 S Main St, MoscowI would have to say, I had the best bagel sandwich in my LIFE! I had the “Mustache Ride”, which is a Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Provolone with a bunch of other extras. It was amazing. If you are ever in Moscow, ID, I definitely recommend going here for a great, reasonably priced sandwich. You will not be disappointed.

125 Second St, MoscowMy fiancé walked inside then almost straight back out with our slices of pizza. Not even 5 minutes and it wasnt dead(there were many other people). There were people going in and out as I sat in the outdoor seating area where the playground is. (FOR PARENTS) I think the biggest perk is there is so many toys and a cool play structer! Not only toys for kids, but in this video you can see there was something I was able to put my daughter in besides a highchair (which they do have aswell)

203 W 3rd St, MoscowAs an amateur powerbuilder with the appetite of a small bear preparing for hibernation, I take portion sizes very seriously. Most restaurants leave me wondering if the entrée was actually the appetizer. Not Jack Jack's. The portions here are fantastic for the price, and I always leave full and satisfied without feeling like I need to stop for a second meal on the way home.
The food is consistently good, but the real reason I'm writing this review is to give a shoutout to Megan. I came in alone on 6/04/2026, and she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She chatted with me when she had a moment, and remembered some special instructions about my order from the week before. She kept everything moving quickly, and was genuinely friendly the entire time.
What impressed me most was watching how she treated her other tables. Even when dealing with customers who weren't exactly sunshine and rainbows, she stayed upbeat, professional, patient, and cheerful. She has a great smile, a positive attitude, and the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back.
In an industry where good service can sometimes feel hard to find, Megan absolutely stands out. She's super friendly, attentive, professional, up-beat, and represents Jack Jack's incredibly well.
If you're hungry and want a meal that actually fills you up, Jack Jack's is the place. And if Megan happens to be your waitress, you're in excellent hands. Five. Flipping. Stars.
P.S. Did I mention Megan is incredible?
