“Gem State Diesel l, was referred to me, by a freind and another Automotive shop, nearby. Even though they did not 'Fix' problems, they DID verify, the motor was on its last leg, so to speak (Turbo was Toast, rings gone, leaking oil profusely, etc) They Were timely, as I was leaving on a roadtrip, inside 2 wks, they were able to get my truck in the shop and diagnose the Issues. Even though, I chose to buy a Newer diesel, i have no issue, going back to them!”
“My transmission started going out me while towing in Wyoming. I was able to get to an Idaho Falls transmission shop for some quick repairs to get home. Once I got home I took my truck into Bobby’s. So far it’s running like new. Very professional and courteous.”

“Pleased with finding DRIVEN auto repair. Had personal mechanic 15 years recently retired and referred me here. I found Steve on the phone who was quick to understand my need and get me scheduled in. Jason German was my mechanic and he was awesome. The usual “all over check” was performed and they came back with the list of things that could be fixed. They were not pushy whether I took them up on all of the recommendations, or none of them. They were open to fielding any questions, and their answers to those questions let me know they were invested in me getting done what I could get done and overall having a great experience with getting work done there. And that’s exactly what happened. A quick example would be that it was recommended I did a brake flush, and I inquired whether the brake line would be broken to flush out the caliper or somewhere else in the line, and when I’ve asked this question in the past, that other shops it always raises defenses - but they jumped right in with understanding why I was asking, and as it turns out, they actually do it the exact way I was hoping. My experience kind of went like that with everything. I also got the coolant flushed and had a power window regulator replaced, which was the original purpose for my going there. I will definitely be back. I am stoked to have made this connection!”

“CJ & Shannon were incredibly attentive and helpful when we desperately needed a new tire a few weeks ago. We called first thing in the morning when they opened, and Shannon quickly checked that they had the tire we needed and invited us to stop by before they got busy. We love their walk-in system, and we were able to get in and out in what felt like just a few minutes. CJ was incredibly professional and fast - since it was easier to not back our trailer into the bay, he manually changed our tire just off to the side of their parking area. The service was beyond anything we could ask for, especially at 7:30 in the morning! He even took some time to teach us what to look for with these tires and when we can expect to change them in the future. We are so appreciative of them, and for anything tire related, you will be in great hands at Commercial Tire!”
“My son's car needed a new alternator, and I did not have the time to do it, My wife looked around for shops to do the work. She saw some good reviews for Trana's, and we decided to take a chance. Best decision we made for car repair. I do recommend Trana's, but also realize that with such an outstanding service offering, business will grow fast. So, just keep that in mind.”

“Today I went in to Les Schwab (Meridian-McMillan) for a brake check/estimate and wiper blades. Thomas greeted me and listened as I explained that my brakes were beginning to make noise, needed to be checked, and most like replaced. Approximately 15 minutes later, Thomas said the brakes were fine and didn’t need to be replaced yet. He showed me on his brake measuring tool where my brakes aligned and gave me a detailed explanation as to when they require replacement, which I truly appreciated. Thomas recommended tire rotation as my front tires were wearing out faster than the rear, which was done. I replaced my wipers and after all is said and done, was only charged for the wiper blades. It’s truly comforting to know there are still honest businesses, like Les Schwab, that have integrity and take pride in the service they provide!”

“We were stranded in our 2014 Ford F150 on a random Wednesday in October. After a Meridian Ford Dealership told us it would be eight days until they could promise to look at it. We called K&R and they told us they could run the codes the same day. They did, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and by 11am the next day our car was ready to go. The owner was transparent, knowledgeable and the repair cost was fair. If your paying withing credit or debit card you will pay the 3.5% CC processing fee.”
“I went there as there was a coupon. A guy looked the battery date and asked where I buy and I told Coctco. Then he said it may be under warranty, last month. And more, he called Costco to check warranty and availability. I was lucky to get a new one at Coctco at last month of Warranty.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about John’s Auto Care Center and their incredible team—Manager Brendon, Assistant Manager Kevin, and the skilled vehicle technician who worked on our car. They were truly a blessing during an unexpected vehicle emergency.
While traveling and preparing to head back to California, our vehicle suddenly needed a new thermostat. Our first stop was the local Chevy dealership, where we were told the repair would take over five hours and that we’d have to leave the car for the entire day. That simply wasn’t an option for us.
By the grace of God, we called John’s Auto Care Center. Kevin answered the phone, and when I asked if they could replace a thermostat, he immediately said, “Absolutely—bring it on in.” From the moment we arrived, both Kevin and Brendon jumped into action. They quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was the thermostat, and also recommended replacing the nearby sensor while they were in there. Their communication was clear, honest, and incredibly reassuring.
The repair was completed in less than three hours, thanks to the exceptional skill and efficiency of the technician who worked on our vehicle. Their expertise fully resolved our overheating and constantly running fan issues, allowing us to continue our trip back to California without delay.
Kevin, Brendon, and the technician were truly God-sent. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during our time of need meant the world to us. A big thank you to the technician for doing such excellent work and getting us safely back on the road.
