“I went to buy a light bulb for my mazda 6. The 20 year old employee typed my needs and wants into the computer and came back with a bulb and said he can replace it for me. I was planning to consult youtube (strong independent woman and all), and I had my doubts he can really do it, but he insisted so I let him. We go to my car and this 20 year old insists my car is a mazda 3 and not a maazda 6. Now, he doesn’t know this, but I actually have a mazda 3 also (I loooove mazdas) and my mazda 3 in a manual and I was driving an automatic at that moment so it was a mazda 6 for sure. The 20 year old goes behind my car to check and is shocked to see it in fact is a mazda 6. This leads him to reveal that he can not replace the bulb. I take my bulb and leave. Maybe in another moment I would be offended by the lack of trust that I know what type of car I’m driving, but not this time.”
“I went there as there was a coupon. A guy looked the battery date and asked where I buy and I told Coctco. Then he said it may be under warranty, last month. And more, he called Costco to check warranty and availability. I was lucky to get a new one at Coctco at last month of Warranty.”
