“Kaitlyn was such a huge help and made the experience. I often feel smothered by buckle employees or uncomfortable but she was so kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for pretty quickly. I appreciated her giving me space to shop but checking in on me and bringing me options of things she thought I might like.”

“Great experience! The store was so clean and everything was in its place and organized which made shopping quick and efficient. We were greeted by multiple team members with genuine smiles and eager to help. We were looking for a specific pair of pants for my husband in an irregular size. The store wasn’t carrying it so they offered to order it for us online and ship it to our house! Even the manager said hello and checked to make sure we were doing good. Customer service was above and beyond!”
