The Columbia Sportswear store at The Village at Meridian carries innovative outerwear, sportswear, footwear, and accessories for outdoor enthusiasts of all levels. The store has a large inventory of performance products, including men's and women's snow boots, winter jackets, and beanies to keep customers warm, dry, cool, and protected year-round. The staff is spectacularly helpful, very nice, and personable. They are more than accommodating, offering help and advice, and will assist with everything from finding the right equipment to handling returns and complex online orders. The customer service is great and efficient. The warranty is spectacular and the price is very good for the quality of the products, which are designed to fuel winter thrills and adventures.
I Always walk past Columbia for some reason but not today and yeah, great clothes and reasonable prices.
Also shoutout to John F. & the other woman on duty today 6/14, very personable and welcoming. Don’t lose these 2!

The staff helped me find exactly what I needed for a spring adventure. I appreciated the expert advice that let me make practical choices without spending too much. Parking is difficult in this location because of construction nearby but worth it.

Alec at the Columbia store was very helpful and so personable. I had a couple returns and those are not always the funnest but he was very efficient and very kind. It becomes more and more rare these days so I think it's important to point out great customer service!
