“Absolutely the best bike shop in the Valley. I was having a brake issue so pulled into the store. Asked the guys if they'd look at it. They said of course. In about 2 minutes they had the bike back to me and the brake issue resolved. Absolutely fantastic service and professionalism.”

On a serious note I spent a few bucks over the phone, Jack was super easy going, had knowledge of my questions, and was super friendly. We did the order and that should have been that, but Jack took the time to call me 4 hours after the order to put me at ease, cause I really need what I bought. Jack you are a stand up dude, and my guess a great employee. Keep up the good work Jack. I know a lot of folks in Bass fishing and will be sending them to scheels in the future for stuff. I hope Jack get employee of the month or a raise. Great service today by you Jack, appreciate it.”

“I worked with Zander on getting some composite-toed sneakers and he was awesome, asked some probing questions to better determine what I wanted/desired and we went through a couple options before he ordered me some Strikefast Protect sneakers, even helped me figure out the width of my foot to get some better fitting shoes, had outstanding customer service and was personable and didn’t try to push sales at all. Overall outstanding customer service in the store and a nice, clean sales floor.”
