“Matt, although last season was thin for snow I was still able to prove your liner and foot bed work in my backcountry boots by using them in the bumps for a couple days. If any terrain will break your feet those will and your boot work paid off. Can’t wait to get them back in ski climbing terrain.Thank you so much for sharing your expertise!”
“I am an orthopedic surgeon seeking employment with multiple upcoming interviews on a fairly significant time crunch. I learned recently that my assumption that Men’s Wearhouse would have plenty things in my size was incorrect. I was able to speak directly to Becky the store manager who was exceptionally professional and Great logistical option for coordinating directly with her in the store. She laid everything out for me and we were able to get in and out of the store in less than an hour with a sportcoat and nice looking suit. She was honest about the impression, prices were fair, and I had it much better, much much better customer experience than at Men’s Wearhouse. My understanding is they have regular sizes here as well and while the selection of manufacturers is perhaps a bit more limited, what they do have looks very nice and plenty enough for Orthopedic Surgery professional interviews.

Men's shoes are also offered and there were a few pairs I would have purchased, but this day was for my wife. Service is very friendly and helpful. “Good location and pricing. Found everything I went in for with little to no effort. Only complaints (not a huge issue either) is the CSR's were a little off-putting, not rude or anything but their tones were not great. Seemed like we irked them by being there (only 3 customers in the store).”
“Don't listen to that lady that left a one star review I WAS THERE when this happened and she was so rude to the cashier lady. I figured there would be a review. It was completely unnecessary and honestly if you were wanting help, why not just ask? I wonder where she is a retail manager, her store must be pretty miserable if she behaves like that. She must have a strange understanding of how the world works. Some people are so miserable and just want to bring others down for no reason! I had a wonderful experience after asking the young man that was there for some help getting some shoes down that were way up high on the shelf. I think his name was Josh? He said he was busy doing other things in the store because there was only three people there, but still he was so polite and spent quite some time with me helping me find the right walking shoe, I ended up getting some of the glide step shoes he recommended.”
“Abbey was amazing! She took the time to help us find the best shoes and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. What really impressed me was that I mentioned I wanted shoe protector while we were shopping, and by the time we checked out, another staff member already had it waiting for me at the counter. That kind of teamwork and attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. I wish I could remember the other woman’s name because she was wonderful too. “I worked with Zander on getting some composite-toed sneakers and he was awesome, asked some probing questions to better determine what I wanted/desired and we went through a couple options before he ordered me some Strikefast Protect sneakers, even helped me figure out the width of my foot to get some better fitting shoes, had outstanding customer service and was personable and didn’t try to push sales at all. Overall outstanding customer service in the store and a nice, clean sales floor.”
