The friendly staff, including Evelyn, Tiffany, and a helpful gentleman, provide excellent customer service. Veronica and Irene went above and beyond to help customers find the right plan and assist with ACP needs. Customers praise the staff's outgoing, down-to-earth, and considerate attitudes, as well as their ability to quickly resolve any issues. Overall, Metro by T-Mobile provides a great experience with its knowledgeable and hospitable team.

The Absolute best at knowledge and customer service. "JULIE" Aka manager, was fantastic at helping me with my cellphone issue. I recommend this store over all others in the Boise area. ( Me, Idaho local for 45 years)
