“I went to this location because i had dmg to my phone and thought i would just upgrade. according to Casey/Kasey i was not eligible though i was 24/36 months into this phones contract. he did go above and beyond and helped me file an insurance claim. I will admit now im a bit disappointed because if i had gone to a real verizon dealer (not an authorized dealer) i would have qualified for an early upgrade since im more than 50% into the contract. im unsure if he even knew this. He was a great deal of help though and went beyond what i would have expected with helping me file my claim.”

“Wow! We had an outstanding customer service experience at this T-Mobile store. We had tried to upgrade our phone the previous evening and received lackluster service at best from a representative over the phone. We decided to try this corporate store and boy was that the right decision. We were lucky enough to get Alexis Abou-Halaka, a Senior Mobile Expert. That title doesn't do her skill set justice. She was more of a T-Mobile Savant in my opinion. She demonstrated extraordinary knowledge of T-Mobile Services and products not to mention how professionally she dealt with other T-Mobile departments for us throughout the process.. We ended up with an entirely new plan as well as three new iPhones. Alexis went the extra mile to explain everything and also made sure that we understood what we were doing. Her competency and professionalism were really exemplary. We have been customers for a long time and will continue to be because of employees like Alexis. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars because she really deserves it. Thank you Alexis!
Side note: Several days later, I returned our old phones for trade in. Alexis wasn't working so a young lady by the name of Aubrey assisted me. She was also very professional, kind and patient. She collected the necessary information and once were all done, she began to ask questions making sure I was satisfied with everything and even went on to ask if I had any questions or needed anything in regards to my new plan, services or applications. The culture at this store is amazing in that your employees genuinely seem customer service driven. Aubrey was a pleasure to deal with and was yet another great example for your organization. Thank you for the assistance Aubrey!”

“Convenient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, attentive. Little to no wait service. Quick to provide after the sale service. Been going to this shop for years now. This location is my first choice for phone information and help. Have never been let down. Customer service and satisfaction by the Cricket staff appears a priority within the Cricket policy guidelines the staff work within. Cricket is my favorite carrier. They have several plans and use the AT&T cell towers so coverage is huge with lots of services. So far, Idaho City, parts of the Missouri Ozarks, and areas of Nebraska are the only dead zones that I have experienced and Cricket said that the Idaho City dead zone should go away soon. I swapped from Verizon years ago and kept my phone number, got much better service, reliability, value, and satisfaction with Cricket. I recommend Cricket to everyone looking for a new cell phone company. I was with Verizon for over 20 years and wished that I had known more about Cricket and swapped way beforehand. I only look back to ask why I had not swapped from Verizon years before? When travelling with my Cricket phone service, I often run Google directions, talk on the phone and stream Internet radio simultaneously that Verizon had trouble doing each individually and Verizon had much more dead zones and drops. These Cricket staff are attentive with the goal of win-win for everyone.”
