Sit down with Brittany, or another front office expert, and design your shed in ten minutes, compete with a detailed list of the options you selected and their costs, along with a clearly listed total cost and a detailed set of drawings. I selected a 10' x 12' with 8' high walls, two 4' lofts, 6'4" headroom clearance, primed and ready for painting-- no problem. I wanted on-site construction and requested a specific date-- no problem.
Brody and his associate arrived on time at 830a and began to work. The only things prebuilt were the rafters, everything else was hand-carried 90' across the yard. There were no heavy machines tearing up the grass. The quality of the lumber was all straight and clear, far better than anything I could have bought from Home Depot. Floor joists were 2"x6"; no scrimping on material quality anywhere. Even the shed door handle was topnotch. I had one change on-site: I decided that I did not want to have a hole cut in the roof for a skylight--not a problem, and the skylight was deleted from the invoice. Work was completed by 400p
My Son and I built a shed like this ourselves and it took us a couple of weeks. Brody had built thousands of these sheds and there wasn't a single mis-cut. It is amazing what competency and experience can provide to the speed of a project.
