Spoke to Adam (i believe was his name) who was compassionate, caring, kind, and empathetic though I sounded like a crazy person on the phone I'm sure. Their driver showed up a bit earlier than I wanted, but I would rather earlier than later. It was so smooth, great pricing, quick, loved the updates and the picture of the safe care. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Torch Towing came through at midnight while stuck on the freeway with a dying Diesel Truck - Requested to be towed over a 100 miles to my home - we were travelling through ID from AZ to OR - they never blinked an eye, were on site within 30 minutes - and considering I had been on the phone with my insurance for over an hour with NO help from them (and I have roadside assistance) - my wife found TORCH, we called - they helped - we got home at 3 am - but we made it home. Thanks to TORCH Towing - and Tank our driver! KUDOS to the crew.”
