“Clean store, fairly well staffed had to wait a bit for help but not too bad. The store is clean and fairly organized, and the employees were friendly. There's plenty of parking, but this location is difficult to access and is especially difficult to leave given it's right on the corner of Chinden and Eagle - there's basically one way out which is going south on Eagle and attempting to squeeze into eagle traffic.”
“The driver was very helpful. They couldn't deliver our package due to no one on site at the location. They took it back to their dock and put it on will call. Called the dock and they told me where to pick it up. They made it very easy to pick up and loaded it right in my truck. Thank you”

“I received a phone call from Matt at the post office because my mail has been so mixed up with moving. It had nothing to do with the Post Office that Matt at it was at the post office in Oregon that was a nightmare and continued to deliver packages to my old address. Matt at this post office has done everything possible to help straighten out things to get my mail delivered here. He is gone way beyond the call of duty to help me in this matter when it’s not even their fault at this post office that I’m not getting my mail. He has been so patient with listening to what happened to me and my mail and once again does not really have to even be involved in it but it’s taken the time to try to follow it through with the other Post Office and have it corrected. This is what customer service is all about. The fact that he did this and did not have to is absolutely phenomenal to me. Thanks Matt !!!!”
