The gentlemen who helped me were super friendly and knowledgeable — they got to me right away and made the whole process quick and easy. They helped me find a reasonably priced battery that will get my new car through the winter and even took the time to look up the right windshield wipers.
I really appreciated their honest advice — they told me to hold off on buying the wipers until I confirmed the latch type, which showed they cared more about helping me make the right choice than just making a sale. That kind of customer service is rare these days!

“The fellas at O'Reillys in Middleton know their stuff. Twice in the last two weeks they have provided accurate answers to my questions, saved the day because I thought my expensive odb2 reader was broken, they helped with knowledgeable advice, that didn't require me to spend money, just replace a dang ole fuse. And saved me heart ache and frustration with an 02Sensor issue, again the proper advice given due to them being knowledgeable. I'll keep going back there. Just cause the great advice. Thank you guys.”
