The gentlemen who helped me were super friendly and knowledgeable — they got to me right away and made the whole process quick and easy. They helped me find a reasonably priced battery that will get my new car through the winter and even took the time to look up the right windshield wipers.
I really appreciated their honest advice — they told me to hold off on buying the wipers until I confirmed the latch type, which showed they cared more about helping me make the right choice than just making a sale. That kind of customer service is rare these days!

“These guys always save my bacon. I’ve never had them be out of stock of something I’ve needed and or just be able to rebuild something unique. If it comes to starters and alternators, I don’t even go to the major big box auto parts stores anymore. Their prices are typically always comparable, And sometimes even more affordable.
To boot, they have an excellent staff!”

“Dominic was fantastic, willing to go above and beyond to help me when I pulled in with a bad battery and a car that might not have started for me to get home! I wasn't expecting him to even change out the battery for me, I told him I thought I could figure it out, but he saved me the time and the stress and did it so quickly and with that professional twist I would have been missing! He even was really understanding about my financial limitations, helping me out with the upfront return battery fee since he was going to be able to keep and turn in the old one after the new one was installed. I have always had great experiences with the employees at this O'Reilly's, the 3rd street location is always been the first place I go, they just seem to have the right people working there, that really will try their best to help, but I was just exceptionally thankful for Dominic's help that night! You all deserve a pay raise! ??”
