“A little inconvenient to have to go to a store that was farther away. The tech was great. It took longer then the 2 hours or less they advertised but he said, due to the number of repairs, it would be 3 hours. He was almost done when we got there. Not to painful. ;)The tech was helpful and informative.”

I’m glad he did because it was one of those other things that was the cause of the trouble. He showed us the internal parts of the freezer and explained how it worked and what was wrong.
