I have not had any real trouble with Wellsfargo. Well not recently anyway. Years ago like in the 1970s I had some issues with the bank. Looks like they have changed some since then. All in all a pretty decent experience.
Although I'm NOT a fan of Wells Fargo's business practices (who is?), this review is just of this local branch. The teller made fun of me, and insinuated that I am not a responsible credit card user. It was crazy! I've never had an experience like that before at a bank.
ATM at drive up broken for over a week. So cannot make deposit there. Have to go inside bank and she gets deposit amount wrong. Then asks "how is your day?". Then asks if I use mobile banking and stupid question. I don't like the small talk....
