I've been calling for a week now, dozens of times per day, at different hours. They flat-out don't answer their phone!! Now the heavy snow is here, and I can't go in to stand in line. This is the worst pharmacy, perpetually understaffed.

I have never had a good experience here. The line is always long. I have called like 5 times to try to get a refill and they have never picked up or actually refilled my prescription. When you make an appointment for vaccines you don’t actually “skip the line” like they claim. I’m never going here again.

Seeing huge improvements in customer service, friendliness, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of this store! Employees are very friendly and helpful and store is much better organized than previously. Glad this location has been doing excellent!
