“I went to Peck's after my local shoe place was rude. When I called Peck's, the lady that answered the phone was bright and cheerful. She was very helpful with my shoe problem.
So I drove up there and I was helped by a gentleman that was an excellent example of how to give customer service.
He was able to help me repair the shoes while I was in town. Even though the store was busy. I don't have the best wording to tell people how amazing Peck's is. Definitely will go there the next time I need shoe service.”
