They are thorough with explanations, make options easy to understand, and handle technical work at the best price. The employees are wonderful and make the process of getting a new phone, which can be time-consuming and daunting, much less intimidating and stressful with no pressure sales. Customers should be prepared that purchasing a new phone and transferring data can take over an hour, and there can be a wait for service.
I think that Michael is one of the best customer service people I have ever had the experience of working with. He is your number one asset and deserves excellent pay. I will only go to him as he solves all phone issues with kindness and efficiency. He always keeps my needs in mind.
