“This was my first time at this location, and I was blown away by the customer service! I’m an online order girly but had a return and exchange. Rya welcomed me when I walked in and noticed I had a return and helped me right away! She was very patient and helpful. She also told me they were doing a 90s inspo dress up day and she totally rocked the part! ? On my way out another employee told me bye and to have a great day. As someone who typically doesn’t like to shop in store it was a pleasant experience that makes me want to go back! Thank you girls xo”

I haven’t ever had my hair done regularly, so I didn’t know how to find someone for this — so I booked my appointment with Ericah yesterday and got in same day…I was excited to scratch the itch I’d had for short hair, but also pretty nervous to have a good experience and outcome.
