Horrible service and their discounts are a joke they tell u buy one get the second half off and when u go pay they tell u the two pairs that you get are excluded!!!!!!!never buy again from their

There is no where to try on shoes except in the main isle, no floor help any more and though there was a long line and two cashiers, one cashier spent entire time fulfilling online orders. Will go to the outlet store for same kind of service and better prices next time.

I went to echange some shoes my husband bought me for my Birthday and the Customer service was great the individuals I spoke to had outstanding attitudes!... Definitely enjoyed my visit.
