“The Lane Bryant store in Nampa is a wonderful plus-size women’s clothing store, and I’m so grateful to have it here in the valley. I live in Caldwell, so this location is one of the closest places where I can consistently find plus-size clothing that’s dressier and nicer than many other options nearby.
I received a gift card for Christmas, and the staff was incredibly helpful in checking the balance and assisting me with sizing and style options. Their customer service truly stands out. On past visits, when I couldn’t find items I liked in the store, they helped me order them for delivery and had everything shipped straight to my home.
Because of their location, availability, and consistently excellent customer service, I find myself wanting to shop at this location more than any other. I’m slowly building quite the wardrobe and couldn’t be more grateful for how kind, patient, and helpful the staff has always been.

“I’m a new mom and for a few weeks have wanted to chop my hair into a bob. I haven’t ever had my hair done regularly, so I didn’t know how to find someone for this — so I booked my appointment with Ericah yesterday and got in same day…I was excited to scratch the itch I’d had for short hair, but also pretty nervous to have a good experience and outcome. Ericah was so nice and did such a great job on my hair. I am so glad I ignored JC Penney Salon reviews and just went for it! I felt very welcomed even as the last appointment on a Saturday night, and lefting feeling my confidence boosted. Will definitely go back without hesitation.”
