“I had been looking for a comfortable pair of walking shoes. I couldn't find anything anywhere or anyone to help on the show stores I visited. I decided to try Big 5 and I'm not sorry! Amanda, the assistant manager was stellar! She was personable, light hearted and ready to help in any way she possibly could. When I couldn't find the right fit or style she went to the back and looked through shoes and came out with multiple options. Though I couldn't find the one to fit my Flintstone feet she recommended the ones she was wearing at the time. She scanned the QR code located literally inside her own shoe, pulled up the shoe code online and I took a Pic of her shoe to make sure I located the right one. Whatt a Rockstar!!
