I've been there for about 5 years now and the first year and a half or 2 years where about weird and questionable. But we have a new landlady, her name is Thelma Alvarez and she cool plus the maintenance is pretty fast to fix what ever it is tat needs to fixed.

Huge lack of actually managing the property. Maintenance requests take forever to get done even if it is a safety problem. They do not enforce lease violations at all and people in the community just don't have respect for others. Overall wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I like living here because they are good to me and my boys.They always handle my maintenance orders by next day. They let me volunteer with fun things for the kids. We now have a gym and other new things and they want my opinion.
