“This is a candy store for me. If I had the space and funds, I'd already have some of the larger appliances from the back of the store. I have been able to get some nice used equipment. Found a good spray gun, 10in bandsaw, and pressure washer. Besides being a great place to chill, the convo is great as well. But THE BEST feature is the doggo of the shop. That's what actually brings me back again and again.”

“They had stock on the ladder that I identified from a computer search. It met all the physical requirements and was within a very reasonable price. Store personal were helpful in checkout and loading. They get a 6 out of 5 for exceeding expectations. This store gets 4/5 overall as it lacks either wheelchairs or electric carts on-site to assist handicapped customers with mobility issues unlike some of their competitors who will benefit at HF's expense..”

“Great selection of home improvement items and lumber. Some of the supplies could be location marked better. There were no signs indicating the location of a couple items I wanted. I had to go through several aisles looking for them.”

“I am a frequent shopper in Lowes. 2 days in a row I recieved excellent help from Larry in electrical. day 1 my gfi breaker tripped inside the main breaker box. Larry walked me through replacing it. day 2 I was looking for a 90 degree connector for conduit. Larry came to the rescue again.”

“There is no reason why a person who is returning items should have to wait in the line outside. I get it if you are returning and then going to shop but if you are returning and going to leave. You should be able to just go to the return desk. And yes I know that it is about the number of people in the store then make a different line or let us go in the pro line.”
