Metro by T-Mobile receives recommendations for its store location. Customers report the staff is super nice, super awesome, and knowledgeable. They took their time to solve very difficult problems, such as porting a number from another carrier. The staff made extra phone calls to figure it out so customers did not lose their current number. They show patience and go above and beyond to pinpoint and solve problems with faulty service, offering solutions that phone customer service could not. However, experiences with phone customer service vary. One representative listened and managed to lower a bill, but a supervisor later did not listen, put the caller on hold for way too long, and cut them off. Overall, the in-store team earns significant appreciation and kudos for their helpful service.
