I haven’t ever had my hair done regularly, so I didn’t know how to find someone for this — so I booked my appointment with Ericah yesterday and got in same day…I was excited to scratch the itch I’d had for short hair, but also pretty nervous to have a good experience and outcome. Ericah was so nice and did such a great job on my hair. I am so glad I ignored JC Penney Salon reviews and just went for it!
