24509 Rudd Rd, ParmaI really wanted to give this place five stars, but unfortunately my first visit was disappointing. We were there because we purchased the Sunny Slopes Passport and wanted to try wineries in the area. The passport indicated complimentary tastings with a wine purchase(which they already offer), as well as ½ off the third bottle of wine.
We purchased five bottles of wine and also had lunch. During lunch, my son’s meal arrived about 10 minutes after the rest of the family had finished eating. Our server said she would comp his meal due to the delay, but only 15% was taken off of his entree. After spending $274 total (which included a 20% tip), we later realized that the passport discount for the third bottle was never applied, even though the passport book was checked.
Between the missed discount and the partial comp, it left a bad impression. I recommend carefully reviewing your receipts before leaving. Other than that food and wine was good.
