My only issue I have is the overall company not notifying me that the repair man(not sure which repair man that was) was not showing up on one of the scheduled/appointment days. I/people wait between the 8-5 hours for someone to come and there is no call, text or email notifying that they are not making it on that scheduled day. I understand running out of time during the day because of how long some jobs may take, but we should be notified.”
