“As an out-of-state buyer, I was a little nervous about buying a TV online, sight unseen. Merlin's blew me away with their constant communication and the way that they packaged and shipped the TV to me. I had a great experience from beginning to end and highly recommend this business.”

“I visited Sound Source because the Only Car audio installer in my small town of Jackson, WY Was not acceptable Or proficient. I was referred to their shop by an inside sales rep of mine So I drove a couple hours each way to Receive knowledgeable information and excellent service from a family owned business. As a small business owner myself (home audio) I was Pleasantly treated, from the family owned staff, with respect and great Customer Service. They were knowledgeable both, my vehicles and they also specialize in home audio as well. I would highly recommend them for components, service and Installation for mobile and home electronics without hesitation.”

“I have had no cell phone service for the past three weeks. Hours spent with On Line customer support. All they did was try to sell me something. Finally went out to the Verizon store in Chubbuck. A young person named Tyra had the damn thing up and running in five minutes. Don't waste your time with the morons at on line tech support”

“I wanted to switch me and my wife over to Verizon after some issues with our current carrier. Sofia was helping us out and made this process so smooth. She was able to keep us in budget for our out of pocket costs and knock down our bill significantly. Sofia was awesome and if you need help go see her!”

“Joe has been extremely helpful! Not only did he help show us how see if there's any problems, but he showed us how to fix them as well and how to use the app. He came in with a cheery, friendly personality and made sure we felt comfortable. His work performance was outstanding and he understood the material without any sort of doubt. He set it up quickly, efficiently, and made sure it was all ready to go before asking us if we had any questions and him being on his way! Id recommend asking for Joe to install your wifi. Very professional. He is the best installer we've ever encountered!”
