“Gas is always cleaned up right when they see the spill. The lot and area around the pumps is always clean when we have gone. The water is typically fresh and full for the windshield cleaning. Trash is always kept up in the cans and the paper towels are always full. The price of gas is the best I have found in town and my cars seem to love it ?The staff is always friendly! Especially when they have explain the rewards and how to use my gas points. They had a recent update that changed how it is done so it threw me off a bit. I'm very visual and the staff member went and got a pen and paper so I could understand the new process.”

“Customer service makes the difference. This is a standard C-store with everything you'd expect--and more, because it was super-clean. But this store is not on a big freeway interchange. It's tucked back into a neighborhood, and there was obviously neighborhood traffic (kids on bikes) at the store. So maybe that's why they hire good customer service staff. The lady at the register was very friendly. She was not mechanical in her work, but talking to customers as she (still efficiently) rang stuff up. While I was there a little kid placed a large fountain drink on the counter and then, while grabbing something else, knocked over that drink. Some spilled, but the employee deftly put the drink upright, pulled out a towel, quietly wiped up the spill, and then calmly smiled and said, "Crisis averted!" I was blown away because anybody else would have either reacted in a more startled way or maybe even scolded the kid for playing around and knocking over the drink. Not that lady. She was cool and smiling and "don't cry over spilled soda" forgiving.”

“I was rolling along in desperate need to have my thirst quenched because I had gotten really stoned and had the mouth of a cotton snake, when I happened upon this amazing gas station. I pulled up to the parking spot and thought to myself, they may have an amazing array of thirst quenching products in there. After about 5 minutes of just staring into space, I realized my mouth was still dry and the Phil Collins song was over a while ago. I went inside and alas. The place was a thirst trap. There were quite a few people but only one worker for some reason. She had beautiful big eyes. I got my drink and a few snacks so that I could munch on something delicious. The cashier was friendly and funny and I appreciated that, Even though she was busy. Will definitely go again”
“I was there may 28 at 10:30 pm, when a crackhead tried walking out of kj’s trying to steal, the situation was handle very professionally by one of their employees he was tall and had brown longer hair. I’m glad that kj’s knows how to hire top notch people and, we need more people like him in the community of Pocatello.”

“Omgsh have you not seen there gas prices 20 cents below all of Pocatello chubbuck area I've seen, plus keep a clean and very pleasant atmosphere. Associates always very kind in greeting you soon as walk in the door. Have pretty much your needs covered and more than can be expected with a gas and quik bite to eat, would have gave 5 star if had available hot water from coffee area for thermas as need and use regularly for short travel trips beyond that definitely the place to stop when in the area..”

“Came on Saturday got cheeseburger, fuel and scratchers.An hour later in Utah I realized that I had lost my wallet. I called and Cody answered the phone. As I traveled back he stayed and waited. I'm sure he's not wealthy, neither am I. But he saw my ID put my wallet in his pocket and touched nothing until my dear friends daughter arrived to pick it up. We all know the feeling of losing your wallet or purse. Cody, thank you for being honest and a man of your word. To the manager Cody is awesome and deserves a raise just for his moral compass and integrity. I will always come here for all my future visits.Thanks again Cody”

Thank ? you Costco!At the Pocatello, IDAHO Costco gas station ⛽️, there is an attendant there that is so nice and helpful! He'll come over to YOU! Not you having to go looking for the attendant.I believe his name is "Dave". He's about 5'10", has a bushy mustache (pure white), a heavy-set guy, & Caucasian. He has thE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUNDZ!!!! He is just a great people person!I would like to give Recognition to this gentleman. His shift is 8-4 shift. I think his name is DAVE (don't quote me on that ?).Please promise me you'll recognize this gentleman. He deserves recognition for being out there in IDAHO'S HORRIBLE WEATHER, but still sharing a story and a smile ?! Thank you!”
