Spur’s Pet Spa LLC was incredibly patient and gentle with her—she’s a pretty nervous dog, but they made her feel comfortable and safe the whole time. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. She came home looking amazing and so happy. Highly recommend! ??

1601 Bannock Hwy, PocatelloTook my dog there because he had an infection by his privates. Alta wouldn't even see him without $200 to get through their doors. Took dog to another vet in town that took my dog in immediately got the burrowed grass seed out that caused the infection and he made a great recovery. other vet charged me $250 TOTAL. would have been close to $500 through Alta. With my experience it seemed like Alta is more concerned about how fat your wallet is rather than the health of your pet.

The staff literally bent over backwards to accommodate our bunnies' feeding and snacking habits. Thelma and Louise had no signs of trauma (which they often do when faced with a stressful situation).I would recommend them for boarding your exotic pets.

Most importantly, Jim really made sure we knew the high drive dog we were getting and was as selective with who he chose to be a guardian for his puppies as we were with selecting a breeder. We have an amazing dog that loves to work, but with a great off switch when it’s time to lay down at my desk.

I usually get a Peppermint Mocha Big Train (its delicous) but the holiday season inspired me to ask about their Pumpkin coffee options. One of the lovely ladies here recommended the Pumpkin Mocha Big Train with their pumpkin sauce and ground nutmeg, and holy guacamole this is my favorite coffee of all time!! They make their coffees absolutely perfect and I love the positivity and good vibes everyone exudes!! I highly recommend!!
