“O'Reilly to the rescue again! I always receive excellent service at my local store in Nampa, and it was just the same in Rathdrum. We were stranded on a stormy night in a rental car without functioning windshield fluid sprayers or wipers. The guys in the store helped us determine the issue so we could relay it to the rental company and then welcomed us into their warm store with chairs, a sympathetic ear and the offer of cookies while we waited. When the tow company was severely delayed due to the weather and it became apparent that it was going to be safer to find a way to keep moving rather than waiting and encountering even worse conditions later, they helped us de-ice what we could and we made our way to Ponderay.
