“The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair our gas fireplace and fix a few items he saw as safety concerns from the original install. He walked me through how to replace a remote battery for the fireplace and was extremely thorough with what he did to get our unit going again. Will be adding them to our list of repair vendors!”

There is no reassuring progress bar or emails regarding status. But it was a success. I ordered furniture and eventually I got a call from the courier when it was done.
