She was very knowledgeable about the products and encouraged us to take our time and spend some on each mattress that fit our criteria. She wasn't pushy at all and was delightful to work with. Mattress was delivered 24 hours later! I NEVER buy something without price shopping but we bought the mattress after being there for about a half hour. Later that night I reluctantly looked online and was thrilled to see that the mattress we bought from National was way more expensive everywhere else! I would have been content as long as it was close, since we had great service, but when I can feel like I get a great deal and awesome service that's what I call a win!”
“Great mattress store!! Needed a new mattress because of back problems. Went to four different stores and Comfort City was the best place. Danny helped us but did not push for a sale, like a couple of the other places did. Also, telling him what the medical problem was he helped pinpoint a few good mattresses that could help with the pain. Everyone there is super nice and this is the second mattress we have bought from them; got a guest mattress from them last year. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for bedroom furniture or a mattress to start with Comfort City.”

“Purchased a lift-recliner for aging parent about 18 months ago. Chair is high quality and has fabric that has worn well. Very fairly priced for quality. Sometimes things do break as we had issue with certain of the functions (cause turned out to be motor) on a Sunday morning. Called store. Terrific service immediately and from all persons involved. By Tuesday before noon Koerner had dispatched a very competent and polite service technician who diagnosed issue and had it repaired (he had spare motor with him). Great store, great service.”

“This place is huge! Filled with every possible home decor item you can imagine. It's like IKEA, Costco and Michael's or Hobby Lobby got together to build a super store of home decorations items. Office, baby, art & framing, rugs, lighting, seasonal, it's all there. The drawback is the size. It all becomes overwhelming and a little visually overstimulating. You need a map and a detailed shopping list or plan before walking in the door. Staff were readily available to help, very friendly!”
“I recently visited the Target in Coeur d'Alene and had a generally positive experience, deserving of a solid 4-star rating. The store offers a wide range of products, catering to almost all of my shopping needs. I was particularly impressed with the variety of items available across different departments.However, one area that could use some improvement is the clothing section. I noticed a lack of Levi's jeans, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to purchasing them. Additionally, some of the clothing items were not as neatly organized as I would expect from Target, giving a slightly messy appearance to parts of the clothing department.On a brighter note, the staff members were very friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience more enjoyable. They were attentive and eager to assist.Overall the variety of products and the excellent customer service make this Target a great shopping destination in Coeur d'Alene, especially being from out of state.”
