I came into the store to mail a package. The parking lot was full. I was greeted immediately with a smile and helped the minute I got there. I was in and out that fast. When I left the parking lot was empty. I seriously have not had such great service in a while. Thank you for making my day.

Overall experience at UPS was Wonderful, because of a young woman called SJ! It would be Awesome if all agents were like her,but I think, she's a Rare Gem ? ?
