“I was having intermittent connectivity issues between my phone and CarPlay on my Kenwood stereo, previously installed at Aspen. The installer Mike, and the salesmen, helped run through endless scenarios of possible issues, connecting my phone to multiple units, in and out of the truck. They were willing to warranty the unit if necessary. It was an infuriating mystery, for which the manufacturer didn’t have an answer. The team’s persistence won in the end — it was the VPN on my phone that would auto-connect and disrupt the internet connection between my phone and the Kenwood unit’s CarPlay. The time lost on this ordeal was a true test of everyone’s patience. The team maintained excellent customer service and professionalism throughout. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be coming back to Aspen Sound for all my vehicle and boat audio.”

“Took my bass in to get rewired here and Gary did such an amazing job! He went over and beyond by not only cleaning up the mess of wires on the inside but making sure everything else was up to par on the outside and road ready!! “Went to the PostFalls location during hours and found the store closed after waiting around for over an hour I took a ride to the CDA store. Upon arrival in CDA I found Lexi the store manager from PostFalls running the CDA branch. Seems that the higher ups at corporate thought since they were short staffed that Lexi should forget about her PostFalls location and her loyal customers and go straight to CDA and keep those customers happy. I must say if it were not for Lexi I would never have made the switch to Cricket. I am giving a 5 star rating based on her outstanding customer service and her actions alone. As for the corporate idiot who made the decision to send Lexi to CDA and leave her store closed and unmanned you should take a lesson from Lexi on customer service she could teach you how to run a business”

“I got a new stereo deck installed at Aspen sound, and when I got my car back there was a high pitched buzzing sound 24/7 coming out of my speakers. It was really annoying and after weeks of taking it back there, they couldn't fix it. We scheduled them to take the whole system out. But We brought it to Chris and he took the stereo apart and diagnosed the problem within 45 min and added a part and fixed the buzzing noise. As it was out, he explained everything that was going on and why it was making the noise and knew exactly what to do! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares. Thank God we took it to him before removing the whole stereo!”
“I had my dryer break on a Friday evening during the holidays with a house full of guests. The staff was extremely helpful on the phone. I was able to get out the part I was hoping was defective and head their way. I wrote the address down wrong and ended up in the wrong place! Not saying they would always be able to do this for everyone, but after I called them back and told them what happened they actually waited for me for a little while after closing. They verified my old part was bad and sold me a new one which works great. Great people to deal with.”
