“I stopped by Best Buy today looking for the accessories I needed to install a new car stereo, and the employee who greeted me at the door ended up being one of the installers. He walked me back, found all of the correct parts, showed me the removal tools I'd need to buy elsewhere to get my old radio out, and even took the time to explain the installation process.
He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood everything before I left. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.
I wish I could remember his name because he absolutely deserves the recognition. If you're looking for car stereo advice or installation, I'd highly recommend going to Best Buy and talking to their installation team. If I hadn't been trying to save money by doing it myself, I would have happily paid to have him do the installation.”

Not only was he able to assist me but he was able to convince my boyfriend to dump AT&t and bundle us together. It took some time because there was some technical difficulties but Dakota communicated very well and very clearly. From now on if I have any issues this is the Verizon store I will be coming to.
