“Convenient location, friendly staff, I enjoy being able to get in and out whether doing notary service or package drop off. Tip to others, don't be petty; they are in business to make money and provide a service, please pay for that service like I do and don't sit their complaining because your not prepared like having tape or paying shipping costs.”

They patiently answered all my questions about how to use the printers/scanners. Service is generally quick. They also provide basic office supplies for use at no cost pens, scissors, etc) whereas competitior's either don't have these items or charge for their use.”

“I had an emergency, so I went to the post office to check on my parcel that was supposed to be sent back. At 1 p.m., I approached an older gentleman standing on the left side of the parcel delivery area. Despite my limited English, the man immediately understood my problem and quickly solved it. At first, we thought the parcel had already been sent, but the man said it could be returned. I was very happy about this because the parcel was from Europe, and the delivery was expensive. The man then went to the warehouse and started looking for the parcel again. I didn't know this, so I prayed to God for help. A couple of minutes later, he brought me my parcel. I was overjoyed. He even complimented me on my accent, which was nice. I was in complete shock!
Please give this man a bonus!”
