“Will not go to the other locations. I have probably been to more than 20 locations in my time. And I’ve had my share of regrettable experiences at Les Schwab centers. I realize it all depends on how it’s ran and the employees that work there and the values they uphold. This location has been the most respectful and courteous location I have experienced yet. Usually when you make an appointment, your appointment time is respected unlike other locations I have experienced locally. Additionally, it’s clean and quiet compared to other locations. And everyone that I’ve spoken with has had personable manners and a positive attitude which is most appreciate.”
“Everyone I have spoken to at the shop has been professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. Twice I have taken my truck in for service, and both times I was advised that some of the work needed was under warranty at another location. They could easily have just told me the work was needed. That extra step shows integrity, among other things not found as much anymore. Highly recommend!”

“This auto shop is really good. Customer service, mechanics, very good. I've been there twice. Once for alignment, new brakes, drums and rotors, leveling kit and diff drop. Today I went in for a tire rot and bal. NO CHARGE! What??? Made my day. I called today and he said come now. I got there, BSed for a min and thenade a phone call. My pick-up was done before I could finish 1 call. The gentleman said they would match any coupons. This is my new shop.

They were so helpful, just working me in as a walk in and figuring it out for me. They quickly set me up with a new valve stem and sent me on my way. Well, I recently bought a new vehicle, and it had two tires that kept going low so I went here and they worked me in again and found nails, and patched me up every single time i've come here every employee is so nice and so helpful. Richard not only conducted a thorough inspection but also exceeded expectations by identifying that all twenty lug nuts were the incorrect size and subsequently replaced them on our family van. His proactive intervention undoubtedly averted a potentially hazardous situation for my family, as a tire detachment could have occurred on the freeway or even a side road.
