“These guys are great. Wes at the front desk is always more than helpful as well as Shae the owner and they've always been friendly and affordable service. Mike is an exceptional mechanic and does top notch work. I refuse to use any other tire and mechanic shop in the coeurdalene area. Local shop, local people and always helpful!”
“Todd is the absolute man didn’t sell me on anything didn’t waste my time will forever be going back here for great service with a great price”
“We purchased and had them install 4 new tires for our 2024 car. They also did an oil change at the same time. There was a little confusion, but the manager was very accommodating and made it right. Justin, the assistant manager was very helpful, too! Overall a great experience and we will be back. We also get our other car serviced here. Tha KS guys!”
“I came to Silverlake looking for a second opinion on a transmission issue and was very pleased with the transparency and detailed information they provided. Great team!”

“The sales experience with George Gee Cadillac on my 2026 Cadillac Vistiq was excellent — low-pressure, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant. The vehicle fits our family really well and is really enjoyable to drive.”
“We had a question about a diesel pickup. We called and spoke to Roger and he was absolutely wonderful. The truck wasn’t even in his shop and he took the time to answer our questions and explain everything! This is a shop I would definitely take any vehicle to. Not everyone would take the time to help someone on the phone about a vehicle that is in a completely different state. And he did! Huge thank you and big kudos to you sir! We appreciate you!”
“Ron and his team are fantastic. Last fall I got a full set of winter tires and rims at a great price. I just had them changed out today in less than 30 minutes. Kind people, amazing service. Support this local business!”

“Richard demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. During my recent visit for family food shopping, I expressed concern regarding a potentially loose tire. Richard not only conducted a thorough inspection but also exceeded expectations by identifying that all twenty lug nuts were the incorrect size and subsequently replaced them on our family van. His proactive intervention undoubtedly averted a potentially hazardous situation for my family, as a tire detachment could have occurred on the freeway or even a side road. Richard and his team efficiently addressed the issue, clearly explaining the problem and the necessity of the repair.”
“I didn't have an appointment today for a nail in my tire, but they were very nice. I waited in the A/C lobby with a book, popcorn and tea for about an hour and a half. And such a pleasant man brought me my key when finished. And no charge! How great is THAT now days? 😁”

“Everyone I have spoken to at the shop has been professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. Twice I have taken my truck in for service, and both times I was advised that some of the work needed was under warranty at another location. They could easily have just told me the work was needed. That extra step shows integrity, among other things not found as much anymore. Highly recommend!”
