We traveled 10 hours to purchase a bike, but realized the option most important to us wasn't available (our fault for not asking) on that make/model. Danny showed us two more options and one was even better than we hoped to find. SMSC was willing to deal on the other bike and I'm happy to say I left with a happy boy.
