“I was visiting and was wanting to get a soda before leaving. It was 10:45PM and supposedly one gas station was supposed to be open until 11PM but it wasn't. Fortunately the Corner Store was open until midnight. They were well stocked with everything imaginable. The fountain drinks were reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and not pushy. Glad the Corner Store was there and open late, it was not an emergency but grateful since I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
