“I was scammed by an eBay seller from Pakistan. Thankfully, this Post Office provided all the necessary documentation to prove the package was fraudulent.
This saved me $500! They did all this while running around like crazy helping other customers with a massive number of packages.

“I ordered two spiral binders from the Ponderay Staples location online and received a call shortly after letting me know their binding machine was down. The team went above and beyond. They even offered to drive all the way to Coeur d’Alene to have them done if I needed the spiral binding. They also gave me the option of placing the documents into a folder-style booklet or getting a refund.
I chose the booklet option, and they did a beautiful job making it perfect for my presentation. To top it off, they made two extra copies just to thank me for being understanding — at no charge! Their customer service was outstanding, and because they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, I’ll be ordering from them from now on.”

“I hope the post master knows they have a rockstar in (I'm terrible with remembering names) but Laurine I believe it was. She set up my PO Box and was so friendly, sweet and always smiling. I knew I was in good hands if she was helping me. She helped me above and beyond every time I was there. It doesn't seem like she gets a lot of help from the other workers there but still she works hard, kicks butt and gives service with kindness. If you guys ever are considering giving someone a raise I nominate her! I'm moving out of state to go back by family and I will miss getting to interact with her.
