“What an amazing find. Hands down the most honest and reputable owner and shop I have ever known. I wish I lived here so I could give them all my business. We got into town late on Saturday. Took the truck to the only place I could find to change my oil on Sunday, not Shelley! That afternoon after having suspected the oil change wasn’t done correctly I opened the hood and immediately spotted a problem with my steering. On Monday morning I called Shelley. I instantly took a liking to the owner and office manager. They took me in immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. I was prepared to spend $2000 and another day to get it fixed. They had me out in under 30 minutes for less than $10. They could have easily upsold or even taken advantage, but they took the high road.
