“I hate only giving this place 4 stars, because I have been a customer for my whole life. But last 2 times I have gone in, they have not honoured their advertisement. And I am a strong believer that if you can't honor an advertisement you have put up inside your own store, well then you shouldn't have put it up until you could honor it and you need to take it down. The solution is not to just simply verbally tell customers it's not in your system yet. Use your problem solving skills and come up with a solution, run it by your supervisor and execute. Here is a idea, if you can't take advertisement down, and can't put it in system yourself, then run savings deal amount saved under coupon, print out receipt with note and put in cash drawer. Or if you won't honor it and can't take it down, you could simply cover it up, so it can't be seen.”

“My kid has been telling me how awesome Mavericks is. We stopped recently on our cross country road trip and discovered a blown trailer tire. All I’ve got to say is that I am now a lifelong fan of mavericks. They are kind, friendly and super helpful + I got a shake, ibuprofen, and some damn good burritos. Thank you Mavericks. You are a bright spot in the middle of a very frustrating road trip.”
