“I had an amazing experience at Christian Brothers Automotive in Star, Idaho. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
What really stood out was how thorough they were during my oil change — they provided detailed photos of my vehicle and clearly pointed out any areas that may need attention in the future. They also found a hose that needed to be replaced, and the woman helping me took the time to show me exactly where it was and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her customer service was truly outstanding.
They even accepted a coupon they had sent me, which was a huge help. After several disappointing experiences with oil changes elsewhere, I’m so glad I found this location. I’ll definitely be coming back for all future auto service and will be recommending them to family and friends!”
“Real people that care about you. I had “fixed” and replaced a part on my SUV, but it needed a computer reset, and the dealer wanted 3weeks and who knows how much. I called Steve’s, they said come by in the morning and they will fit me in. This was at Christmas, and we needed the car to work for family in town…long story there, but it was a big deal to us. Any way, they fixed it and told me merry Christmas and I was on my way. Best of people. Highest of skills. This is the only place I will take all my cars now. Thank you”

“Always a great experience at the Les Schwab in Star! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to get a price on tires that I knew would need to be ordered and they were able to get them delivered and installed the next morning, which was on Christmas Eve. I was greeted at my truck and they got the tire change started right away. I also asked if they could do a suspension check, which they gladly did, and found a couple issues which I suspected, so I will be returning to take care of those soon.”
